Harmonia Village offers nursing care in six separate houses, each of which looks like a regular residential home, equipped with technology to enable people to be cared for in a safe but non-intrusive way 24 hours a day.
Our facilities, combined with the open garden space, mean that the village is uniquely equipped to support residents who might have found it difficult to settle in more traditional care home settings.
Our team is equipped to provide dedicated 24 hour nursing care, so that residents can remain as independent as possible, whilst knowing that they will not need to move even if their care needs increase.
There is also an exciting programme of daily activities for residents to choose from in the Village Hub, so that their social needs, as well as their care needs, can be met. The Hub’s café serves homemade food on a daily basis, so that residents are given the opportunity every day to leave their residences for a meal out.
Harmonia Village is accessible to residents on all types of funding and is suitable for all types of dementia. The village is owned by NHS East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust and has received funding from the Interreg 2 Seas programme 2014-2020, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
We encourage visitors and relatives to enjoy the facilities and activities in the village as well as the local sights in and around Dover. There are no special requirements to book.
